Smith has over three decades of diverse experience in the field of architecture and design, having successfully completed hundreds of office, retail, medical and residential projects. Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Smith has a reputation for creating innovative, original environments uniquely suited to the individual needs of his clients.
Smith earned his five year professional degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo School of Architecture and Environmental Design graduating with honors. He is now licensed in the states of California, Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico, extending API’s ability to serve their clients in these regions.
At API, Smith executes and oversees project delivery through each successive phase. He leads his team by creative design and attention to detail. Smith’s persistent attention to client’s needs, exacting quality assurance, and production standards set the criteria for API.
